What You’ll Do

Systems Integration & Optimization

  • Develop and maintain a connected tech ecosystem (CRM, Notion, phone systems, automation tools, etc.).
  • Ensure all internal systems are scalable and aligned with Chronicle’s long-term goals.

Process Automation & Efficiency

  • Identify and implement automation opportunities across departments, reducing manual tasks and improving workflows.
  • Build and optimize cross-department workflows, ensuring seamless data flow and task management.

IT Support & Infrastructure

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal systems, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Manage IT infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, LAN, CCTV, office devices, and security protocols.

Data Management & Security

  • Implement robust IT security measures to protect company and customer data.
  • Oversee data integration across platforms to ensure real-time insights and informed decision-making.

Future-Proofing Operations

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend tools that align with Chronicle’s growth.
  • Develop scalable, automation-driven processes that support our evolving business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 3+ years in IT operations, automation, or business systems management (ideally in SaaS or a tech-driven environment).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with automation tools (Zapier or Make), CRM systems, project management tools (Notion, Salesmate), and integrations.
  • Problem-Solver: You enjoy identifying inefficiencies, designing solutions, and implementing them effectively.
  • Analytical Thinker: Experience in data management, workflow optimization, and process automation.
  • Security-Minded: Knowledge of IT security best practices, cloud management, and data protection protocols.
  • Collaborator: Excellent communication skills to work across technical and non-technical teams.
  • IT Support & Networking (Bonus): Hands-on experience with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting or network management is a plus.
