Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Barista located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee machines, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service. The Barista will also assist with food preparation and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Barista and Food Preparation skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the F&B sector is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
