Job Descriptions

  • Proactively build, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
  • Identify, analyze, and monitor new market and business opportunities, taking the initiative to drive business expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects, demonstrating a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Develop and deliver company profiles, portfolios, and proposals to high-profile clients with a professional and strategic approach.
  • Prepare budget costs with keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and competitive pricing aligned with project requirements.
  • Follow up and negotiate sales proposals and quotations with precision and strategic insight to secure successful deals.
  • Continuously assess market trends and client needs to refine sales strategies and optimize business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably within a digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record in managing and growing key client accounts while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of digital experience customer lifecycle, including UI/UX Design, website and mobile app development, martech, and loyalty programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly action-driven with a collaborative mindset.
  • Possesses a curious mindset, always eager to learn, explore new ideas, and stay updated with industry trends.
  • Open to traveling as needed for client or team engagements.
  • Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
