Job Description
- Dealing with student/parent inquiries
- Managing student placements & onboarding
- Overseeing the day-to-day academic operations and ensuring compliance to very high standards
- Reporting to the Academic Director
- Teaching (minimum hours)
You have the following personal qualities
- You have a growth mindset - you’re committed to developing and getting better all the time.
- You’re active and self-motivated.
- You’re communicative.
- You work fast and you produce high quality work.
- You’re cheerful and love helping people.
You have the following leadership skills:
- You know how to make a team succeed!
- You know how to get the best out of people.
- You know how to make your team get tons of stuff done!
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) or experience in management or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, preferably proficient in English.
- Minimum TOEFL 600/IELTS 6.5
- Strong management, multitasking and leadership skills.
- Experience in the education industry is preferred but not essential.
