Job Objectives:

Effectively manage the leasing process, maximizing revenue and tenant occupancy rate through strategic tenant acquisition and retention, ensuring compliance with leasing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to tenants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing or property management, preferably in Mall/Property/Retail industy.
  • Ability to work under the target of retail space for rent
  • Have strong network and database of prospective tenants
  • Monitor Tenant’s Income and Outstanding
  • Have an understanding of the current market condition and updated on the new tenants/brands
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Knowledge of leasing laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in team management (if applicable).
