Position Purpose:

The Community & Partnerships Coordinator plays a key role in supporting LYD’s community engagement efforts by assisting in the coordination and execution of sponsorships, partnerships, and community-driven events. Working within the Event Department, this role focuses on building relationships with local businesses, organizations, and sustainability partners, while working closely with venue management and the Creative & Marketing Department to bring initiatives to life. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and ensure smooth execution across LYD venues. This role is hands-on and requires someone who is proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality and events environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects.

Experience in event coordination, sponsorships, or partnerships is preferred.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Experience working with hospitality, sustainability, or community outreach is a plus.

Comfortable working collaboratively with venue management, marketing, and external partners.

Basic knowledge of marketing and content creation is beneficial but not required.

Ability to develop strong community relationships and represent LYD as a key community partner
