Junior Instructional Designer (ILMS)
About ILMS
A recently initiated research project is dedicated to applying management systems in personal life. The Institute for Life Management Science (ILMS) is a global research organization that aims to establish Life Management Science as an integrative discipline by combining managerial science approaches with social sciences. A multi-disciplinary research team explores the structure and application of personal management systems supported by a comprehensive scientific and practice-driven body of knowledge across 10 foundation domains. The ILMS initiative's products are training, templates, toolkits, publications (articles and research reports), podcast content, and others.
Your main responsibilities include:
- To develop, apply, and consistently improve advanced instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and learning assessment strategies;
- To develop learning objectives and production plans and schedules;
- To design and develop audience-appropriate, clear, and concise learning content that aligns with the company’s guidelines and priorities;
- To create e-learning scripts, activities, and other materials based on the content researched by the research analyst team;
- To collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and analyze content;
- To ensure the effectiveness and the quality of the course materials;
- To provide project status reports to the direct manager and the interested stakeholders.
We expect you to:
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Education, especially Instructional Design, Psychology, or other related educational field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in educational field as a teacher or an instructional designer;
- Exceptional criticality and creativity in providing meaningful learning materials and activities;
- Deep understanding of instructional design principles;
- Ability to communicate questions or clarifications to other team members;
- Collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams;
- Proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues, such as identifying and rectifying errors or inconsistencies in content;
- Remarkable ability in time management and prioritization;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
