The CRM Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage customer relationships, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. This role involves analyzing customer data, optimizing CRM tools, and executing targeted campaigns to increase customer loyalty and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage CRM strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
- Analyze customer data to understand behavior, preferences, and purchasing patterns.
- Manage and optimize CRM tools and platforms (Social Media; Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.) Online-to-Offline.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to design personalized customer journeys.
- Monitor CRM performance metrics (e.g., retention rate, repeat purchase rate) and provide insights for improvement.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Keep up with industry trends and best practices to enhance CRM strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM, customer engagement, or a similar role in Mom & Baby product, FMCG, e-commerce, or related industries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to develop creative campaigns to enhance customer relationships.
- Team player with a customer-focused mindset.
