The role of HRGA (Human Resources and General Affairs) is a multifaceted one, combining the responsibilities of human resources management with general administrative duties. Here's a breakdown of the key aspects:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources (HR) Functions:
    • Recruitment and Selection: Managing the hiring process, from posting job openings to interviewing and onboarding new employees.
    • Employee Relations: Handling employee grievances, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
    • Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee benefits (insurance, etc.), and ensuring competitive compensation packages.
    • Training and Development: Organizing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Performance Management: Implementing performance evaluation systems and providing feedback to employees.
    • HR Policies and Procedures: Developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring they are up-to-date.
  • General Affairs (GA) Functions:
    • Office Management: Overseeing office maintenance, supplies, and equipment.
    • Facility Management: Ensuring the workplace is safe, clean, and functional.
    • Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and other services.
    • Asset Management: Maintaining records of company assets and ensuring their proper maintenance.
    • Legal Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and permits.

Qualifications
