JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will develop and execute high-impact campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive client engagement. You’ll manage social media strategies, create compelling content, and optimize performance using data-driven insights.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy & Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals and enhance brand awareness.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and audience behaviors.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Content & Community Engagement:

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create and curate engaging, on-brand content (posts, images, videos, stories).
  • Ensure content consistency in style, quality, and tone.
  • Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages professionally.
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and KOLs.

Analytics & Optimization:

  • Use analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

Collaboration:

  • Work with the marketing team to align social media with broader initiatives.
  • Partner with KOLs to create engaging content.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR (KPIs)

  • Improve customer retention through social media engagement.
  • Monitor Net Promoter Scores (NPS) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) metrics.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Perfect English proficiency (written and spoken), with bilingual proficiency in Mandarin strongly preferred.
  • Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the travel or hospitality industry, along with knowledge of global travel trends and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Diploma or higher in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media/digital marketing with successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and social media analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Background in customer service and client relationship management.
