Job Responsibilities:

  • Create & implement marketing plan and strategy to support the creation of brand image & brand building in the market.
  • Responsible for total brand management including brand growth, product development, inventory management, budget management, planning of promotion activities and achieving of sales target.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Responsible for winning market competition, evaluating and creating innovation programs to increase sales of the selected brand product.
  • Monitor marketing campaigns & activities for further development or innovation.

  • Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including social media, e-commerce, and advertising.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable University.
  • At least you have minimum 3 years experiences in the same position
  • Experiences in fashion retail is a must
  • Preferably wom-an with fashion enthusiast
  • Understand retail operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of lifestyle and sharp business sense.
  • Strong interpersonal skill & proven leadership
