
Digital Media Planning Manager (Indian in Indonesia)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Media Manager to oversee and execute our digital media strategy. This role will be responsible for managing the company’s online presence, crafting engaging content, running campaigns across various platforms, and ensuring that digital marketing efforts align with our overall business goals. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, a deep understanding of digital trends, and experience in both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Digital Media Strategy: Create, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across social media, websites, and other digital platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company’s presence across social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Create, schedule, and optimize content to drive engagement and community growth.
- Content Creation & Curation: Collaborate with content creators, designers, and copywriters to produce engaging content (videos, graphics, blogs, etc.) that resonates with the target audience and supports business goals.
- Digital Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads) to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- SEO & SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to ensure optimal website visibility and ranking. Monitor paid search campaigns and provide insights to improve performance.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) across digital media channels. Provide monthly reports on campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive digital strategy and alignment with broader marketing objectives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital media trends, tools, and technologies. Apply new trends and tactics to keep the company’s digital presence fresh and relevant.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital media budget, ensuring that all initiatives are within the allocated spend and delivering results on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Need Indian who living in Jakarta.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong knowledge of digital tools, social media platforms, SEO, SEM, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various audiences.
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and technology.
- Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
