TUKR is a rapidly expanding renewable commodities trader with a hyper-focus on direct origination of bio-feedstock material, primarily Used Cooking Oil (UCO) for biofuel production. We develop complex supply chains within challenging locations to source sustainable and renewable materials for refinement into biofuel. We bulk, store, blend, and deliver these volumes to our end clients with attentive care to quality and sustainability compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare export shipping documents including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Annex VII, and Marine Insurance Certificate.

- Coordinate export container shipments, including tracking schedules for Estimated Time of Berthing (ETB), Estimated Time of Departure (ETD), and Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) at destination ports.

- Maintain and regularly update the shipping schedule database with high accuracy.

- Review and verify invoices from vendors during the export process.

- Track shipment status and provide weekly updates through the Snapshot (SS) report.

- Create debit notes and handle settlement processes.

- Manage and organize shipping document databases for easy access and tracking.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related fields.

- At least 4 years of relevant experience in trading operations, freight forwarding, or logistics.

- Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

- Knowledge of shipping documents and international trade regulations.

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible to support other tasks as needed.

- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
