An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Finance to join PT Rolls-Royce Solutions Indonesia. This pivotal leadership role will drive strategic financial initiatives and partner closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance and business performance.

Key Accountabilities
- Leadership: Lead and inspire the Finance and Accounting team to meet department goals and overall company objectives. Ensure team capabilities through performance management, skills development, and embedding a continuous improvement mindset. Be a key driver of change for business priorities including finance digital transformation, cost containment, and process optimization.
- Finance Operations: Oversee the full scope of finance activities with accountability for meeting performance indicators. Ensure high-quality deliverables through ongoing training and supervision of finance personnel.
- Internal Controls: Implement and monitor robust internal controls across all financial processes to prevent revenue leakage, misuse of company assets, and resource inefficiencies.
- Taxation: Manage tax planning and ensure full compliance with all tax regulations including corporate income tax, value-added tax, withholding tax, and relevant government reporting requirements. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, tax consultants, and the parent company to support business continuity.
- Treasury and Banking: Manage fund flow, credit management, working capital, foreign exchange, cash pooling, and hedging. Maintain control over accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related treasury metrics.
- Risk Management: Perform financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies that support both short-term stability and long-term resilience.
- Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure that all finance-related activities align with company policies, code of conduct, international standards (such as International Organization for Standardization), and the Quality Management System. Support internal and external audits and implement process improvements based on audit feedback.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and execution of long-term financial strategies and objectives. Support the implementation of new business initiatives, including expansion into new markets or services.
- Reporting: Prepare timely and accurate financial reports to support business decisions. Provide financial analysis to internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional and global teams to ensure alignment of financial strategies and business plans. Act as a key advisor to internal departments on financial feasibility and decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes, systems, and employee capabilities within the finance function. Identify training needs and support professional development across the team.
- Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in a multinational environment, including at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Strong track record in financial planning, forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Indonesian tax regulations, and Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. A Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work across time zones, based on business requirements.
