We are looking for a Real estate broker to join our sales team.

Main responsibilities:

  • Working with incoming requests;
  • Meeting with customers;
  • Analyzing customer situation and request;
  • Selecting matching prospects;
  • Preparing investment potential calculations;
  • Closing the sale.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Speaks several languages: English - upper-intermediate+
  • Possesses at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, OR proven track record of doing 3+ sales per month for at least a year. Can be in other industries if average check is over 300 000 USD
  • Excellent selling and communication skills, persistent and goal-oriented
  • Quick thinking - on his / her feet is a MUST to succeed in sales
  • Able to learn and apply new knowledge fast. Low level of conflictness - team player
