As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and strategic thinker to join the team as a Corporate Finance & Strategy Manager.
Position Overview
The Corporate Finance and Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial and strategic direction of the company. This individual will lead corporate finance activities, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), investment evaluations, and strategic projects. The role requires close collaboration with executive leadership, investors, and cross-functional teams to drive value creation and execute growth strategies in the fast-evolving dental healthcare landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate Finance
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
- Optimize capital structure, manage liquidity, and evaluate financing options (debt/equity) to fund growth initiatives.
- Develop robust financial models to assess business performance, ROI, and scenario analysis.
- Lead monthly/quarterly financial reporting, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and investors.
M&A and Investments
- Identify, evaluate, and execute M&A opportunities, including target screening, due diligence, valuation, and integration planning.
- Conduct financial analysis (DCF, LBO, comparables) and negotiate deal terms to maximize value.
- Manage post-merger integration to achieve synergies and operational alignment.
- Assess organic and inorganic investment opportunities (e.g., partnerships, JVs, new markets) and manage portfolio performance.
Strategy and Business Development
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes to identify growth opportunities in dental healthcare.
- Collaborate with leadership to formulate and implement long-term strategic plans.
- Drive initiatives to expand market presence, including partnerships, geographic expansion, and service diversification.
- Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
- Experience: 5–7 years in corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, or consulting, with exposure to M&A and healthcare/dental sectors.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling (Excel), valuation techniques, and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Proven leadership in cross-functional projects.
- Language: Fluency in English (written/spoken); Bahasa Indonesia or regional languages a plus.
