Position: Service Supervisor

Location: Surabaya, Indonesia

Type: Full-Time/WFO

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations and staff.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Manage and execute the Sequence of Service (SOS) to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
  • Training, mentoring, and support service operations.
  • Monitor food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Manage inventory and assist with budgeting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or restaurant management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia. English is a plus.
