We are looking for an Area Sales Manager, based in Pekanbaru to establishing plan and target achievement of Sumatera Area in both traditional channel and modern trade.

You will handle :

  1. Develop the plan and achieve secondary sales target by breakdown quarterly sales target into monthly, weekly, daily and controlling the sales target
  2. Maintain good relationship with distributors in area as well as key outlets in area
  3. Develop the plan and achieve distribution target
  4. Develop the plan and achieve coverage target
  5. Develop the plan and achieve merchandising target
  6. Develop team

The ingredients to be successful:

  1. Bachelor Degree from any disciplines
  2. Experience in sales and supervising sales team minimum 3 years, preferably in FMCG industry.
  3. Commercial / business acumen with distributor and shopper understanding
  4. Strong communication and negotiation skills
  5. Attention to details and better on planning, agile and achievement Orientation with a “Can Do” attitude
