  • Employee Lifecycle : Manage end-to-end process and standardization of employee life cycle

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Language proficiency: English is a must, Chinese (Mandarin) or any other language is a plus
  • Strong Experience in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) policies
  • Expertise in the development of job description and employee relations
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Office administration skills, including profiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of HR Laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience in executive-level administrative support is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgement in decision-making
