- Assist the daily operations and reporting
- Assist in implementing pricing strategies to maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Track sales programs/promotions/advertising and provide feedback as necessary to relevant departments
- Track and establish pick up trends, occupancy history and market segment development to facilitate forecasting
- Prepare and analyst daily, weekly, and monthly forecasts for room revenue.
- Analyze booking patterns, market trends, and economic data to inform pricing decisions
- Monitor allotments
- Adjust strategies based on forecast performance and market trends
- Monitor room inventory to ensure optimal occupancy and revenue
- Maintain rate parity across multiple platforms
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and reservations teams to align strategies and goals
- Complete end of month sales report and prepare weekly sales strategy reports
- Monitor and evaluate economic, political, and social issues/changes
- Participate in preparation of strategic plans for region
- Works with General Manager on manpower planning and management needs
- Works with Director of Sales & Marketing in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
- Foster a collaborative environment between revenue management and other related departments
- Communicate strategies, performance metrics, and adjustments clearly and effectively to all relevant stakeholders
Required Skills / Experience
- Essential of skill and knowledge of Opera (PMS).
- 5 years related experience or 2 years reservations/front office experience as manager or assistant manager role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- To lead the staffing control/employee satisfaction/the team development/cooperation with the other department/overseeing the technical issues.
- To support and assist any other additional tasks requested by the General Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
