Currently, ADCO Law is looking for a Mid-Associate (Litigation) to participate in the development of our Law Firm.
Requirements:
• Qualified from and registered in PERADI
• Min 4 years in litigation/arbitration practice
• Prominent experience and knowledge in criminal law and/or civil law
• Knowledge of arbitration will be an advantage
• High proficiency in English, both written and oral
• Reliable, resilient, able to work under pressure and ambiguity while preserving attention to details
• Eager to learn, team player, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Responsibilities:
• Assisting Senior Associates and Partner in handling cases
• Participating in all or part of the handling of litigation cases
• Analyzing and handling litigation cases from a legal perspective, preparing legal advice and legal opinion on existing cases in an appropriate and effective manner
• Providing assistance to clients in handling cases that arise both in the civil/criminal field
• Build relationships and coordination with external parties, especially the police, prosecutors, judiciary, courts, and other law enforcement officials as well as other parties that have a relationship with litigation cases
• Ready to solve cases in the city and outside the city
