Job Description

  • Conduct research on user needs, pain points, and market trends to support product development.
  • Assist in defining product requirements and brainstorming new feature ideas.
  • Work closely with Product Manager team to develop and refine product roadmaps.
  • Support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to execution and iteration.
  • Help create and maintain product documentation such as BRD & PRD.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate students, Diploma students, Bachelor Degree or Fresh Graduate from Computer Science, IT, Information System or other related majors.
  • Strong interest in product management, technology, and IoT/software solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Basic experience in developing and managing BRD and PRD documents.
  • Familiarity with task management tools such as Jira, Microsoft 365, etc.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product development processes.
  • Have a basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design is a plus.
  • Prior internship experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role is a plus.
