Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in electrical and IC roles within a coal-fired power plant.
  • Hands-on experience with LV and HV electrical systems, including transformers, switchgear, protection relays, and SCADA/DCS systems.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of engineers and technicians.
  • Experience managing projects from construction to operational handover.
  • Strong understanding of power plant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willing to relocate and work in Batam.
