Due to our period of growth, we are looking for a strong addition to our Branding team to oversee and optimize all operational activities for Mama's Choice. This position will be responsible for executing and managing sponsorship and partnership agreements to ensure maximum value for both the company and its partners. This role involves coordinating deliverables, tracking performance, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring all partnership obligations are fulfilled.

Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management & Activation
- Execute and manage sponsorship and partnership agreements to ensure all contractual obligations are met.
- Develop and implement activation plans to maximize partnership value and brand exposure.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver partnership elements such as branding, KOL, promotions, and events.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Organize and oversee partner-related events, activations, and campaigns.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of KOL and activations, including audience engagement and ROI.
- Provide regular reports and insights to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Manage partnership assets, including branding, signage, and digital content.
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify partnership opportunities.
- Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders involved in partnership execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sponsorship and brand activations.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in partnership activation, sponsorship management, or brand marketing.
- Experience working with KOL (Key Opinion Leaders), influencers, or brand ambassadors is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partnerships and activations simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and measuring campaign performance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and event planning.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Creativity and problem-solving skills to optimize partnership activations.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
