About Our Client

Our client is a global company in the consumer goods industry. Currently, they are looking for a Senior Manager, Business Strategy for Indonesia.

Responsibilities

  • Market Intelligence: Leverage internal data sources, analytics capabilities, and external market and competitive intelligence to develop strategic insights for winning the consumer; Identify market developments, trends and new business opportunities to achieve profitable growth
  • Strategic Business Planning: Support in driving the development and evolution of true potential across Indonesia, brand, and channels; Facilitate business reviews, strategy workshops and yearly priorities
  • Project Management: Support Leadership team and drive planning and execution of strategic work-streams and initiatives
  • Change management: Support Leadership team in change management processes and proactively assess the need to drive the change to meet the changing needs of the marketplace and consumers
  • Stakeholder management: Work closely with Senior Leadership team, Retail, eCommerce and Wholesale/Franchise, Brand teams, Country Channel and Brand leads, SEA commercial and support functions

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial/ strategy/consulting role
  • Degree in business preferably with finance, marketing or sales.
  • Industry: Preferably in apparel/footwear/fashion or FMCG industry
  • Strong strategic thinking capability
  • High degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge
  • Effective communication skills and high personal impact to influence cross functionally
  • Proven project management skills
