We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our expansion in Indonesia. If you are passionate about driving sales, building a high-performing team, and shaping the future of Conversational AI Robot for businesses, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Your Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

- Drive and grow sales in your assigned region

- Conduct pitching and presentations to potential clients

- Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue

- Personally manage key sales deals to ensure successful closures

Team Leadership & Growth

- Recruit, train, and mentor your own Sales Partners

- Oversee and optimize team performance

- Organize and manage online or offline presentations

- Continuously identify new sales opportunities and market trends

Who We’re Looking For:

Proven B2B sales experience (3+ years as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Leader, Sales Director, or Branch Manager)

Strong expertise in Sales Strategy, Pitching, and Closing Deals

Leadership & Entrepreneurial Mindset– able to build, lead, and motivate a team

Goal-Oriented & Strategic Thinker – thrives in a high-performance environment

Proactive & Ambitious – always looking for growth and new opportunities

Probation & Performance Assessment Process

All candidates will undergo a 2-month probation period before receiving a Final Offer or internal compensation scheme.

During this period, performance will be evaluated based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which include:

1. Number of Sales Deals– Successfully closed deals within the probation period.

2. Team Recruitment – Ability to build and expand the team effectively.

3. Team Building – Strengthening collaboration and synergy within the team.

4. Team Mentoring – Providing guidance and support to team members.

5. Team Meeting Progress – Active participation and contributions in team meetings
