Nusa Data (Djarum Group) are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving engagement and relationship-building activities with B2B clients in the realm of Product Data Privacy & Data Analytics, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential and current customers to generate and qualify leads, promote the company&aposs products and services, and identify sales opportunities.

• Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and decision-makers, to drive new business opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business strategies and deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels.

• Lead the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and contract closure, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes, enhance operational efficiency, and maximize business impact.

• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices in Product Data, and leverage insights to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in B2B business development, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets.

• Preferably from the IT/FSI Industry.

• Strong understanding of Product Data Privacy & Data Analytics landscape, market dynamics, and customer needs.

• Good in persuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to get them to support a specific agenda, make a specific type of impression, or take a specific course of action.

• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

• Competitive and aggressive sales nature

• Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and drive collective success.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and ideas clearly and concisely.

• High level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment.
