About Our Client

Not a newcomer in the F&B industry, our client is looking to bring on board a seasoned VP Brand Marketing who will report to the CMO. With stores across all cities in Indonesia, and aggressive plan for 2025, they are in the rapid growth.

Job Description

Reporting to the CMO, you will be responsible to lead a team of at least 10 people and you will be overseeing the brand strategy and marketing for the business. Other responsibilities include:

• Driving consistency across all market channels, and building a strong brand presence in Indonesia.

• Conducting market analysis to identify trends, insights, competitive landscape and using these finding to form strategic marketing plans.

• Overseeing the development and maintenance of he brand identity.

• Introducing and implementing strategies to strengthen the brand recognition, loyalty and engagement among target audiences.

• Designing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives and drive brand awareness, acquisition and retention.

• Supporting new product development by bringing insights and test the products in local market.

• Leading and mentoring the high-performance marketing team and fostering a collaborative and respectful culture.

• Introducing branding strategies, and involved in the ATL and BTL initiatives.

• Managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring the right allocation of the resources across all initiatives.

• Executing a strong internal and external communications with all stakeholders to develop clear market positioning.

• Developing short-term and long-term plans and budgets for overall marketing programs to be in line with the company's objectives.

• Working with eternal agencies, partners and media to execute brand activation and PR initiatives.

• Representing the brand ad events, speaking engagements, and in high level discussion with C-level and investors.

• Staying ahead of industry trends, and shits in consumer behaviour to ensure the brand remains competitive.

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for Indonesians with strong background in brand building.

Other requirements include:

• At least 8 years of working management experience in brand marketing, with MNC and FMCG experience is preferred. If you have combined working experience in FMCG and F&B, you are welcome to apply.

• Excellent communication in Bahasa and English.

• Total of at least 12+ years of working experience in the marketing field.

• Master degree, or MBA from a top tier business school are optional, but Bachelor's from related degree is a must.

• Experience in start-up or working with big successful brands with limited budget.

• Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

• Understanding of market research, data analytic and consumer behaviour.

• Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.

• Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognise and reward performance.

• Drive and hunger to achieve results Independent, self-starter and initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a great personality and ability to make decisions.

• Excellent business acumen and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.

• High commitment, motivation and flexibility.

• Willingness to work on the weekends due to the nature of the industry.
