• Leadership & Team Development: Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Sales Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives.
• Sales Operations Management: Oversee sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and effective use of technology to enhance performance.
• Marketing Strategy: Design and execute marketing initiatives that align with business goals, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximise ROI.
• Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of sales and marketing activities.
The Successful Applicant
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing or similar role in renowned FMCG companies, specifically from Food & Beverage.
• Strong track record in developing sales and marketing aspects of the company with strong results of driving revenue growth of the company.
• Experienced both in leading Modern Trade & General Trade channels.
• Proficient in English
