Social Media Lead

Role Summary:
The Social Media Lead will be responsible for managing and executing social media engagement and brand strategies for Real Estate (RE), Property Management (PM) and Vacation Rental (VR) divisions. This role involves creating social media calendar, scheduling posts productions, and posting daily content across Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, and Youtube ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement. The Social Media Lead will work closely with other teams (sales, operations) to ensure that content aligns with marketing goals and promotes properties effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Accounts Management:
- Manage our social media accounts ensuring daily content is posted from Monday to Sunday.
- Create content schedules on ClickUp weekly to organize posts and ensure consistent output according to brand guidelines and Unique Selling Points
- Edit photos and videos for Instagram stories, feeds, and reels to maintain a high standard of visual content.
- Boost reels and stories on the Real Estate Instagram to maximize reach and engagement.
Content Creation and Publishing:
- Work with copywriter, graphic designer, and video editor to create proper and engaging content, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
- Make a list of featured villas from our website to create engaging content across social media
Reporting and Performance Tracking:
- Generate a weekly report every Monday to track performance metrics over followers, engagement, views, and other social media metrics
- Analyze social media performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement and reach.
Special Event Management:
- Create a special event calendar to plan content for long content such as podcasts, interviews, educational content using talent and external production
- Coordinate activities for Influencer and community engagement that will boost our brand positioning
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing social media accounts, specifically Instagram and Youtube, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in photo and video editing for social media platforms, with proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or other editing software.
- Creative and strategic mindset to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and aligns with brand goals.
- Excellent communication skills for creating compelling captions and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze social media KPI reports and adjust strategies based on performance data.
- Familiarity with boosting posts and reels on Instagram to maximize reach and engagement.
