E-Commerce Manager (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop)

Job Description :

We are looking for an E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales operations across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, platform advertising, and stock synchronization between our warehouse and marketplace databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and manage SKUs for new and existing products
  • Write accurate and engaging product descriptions with relevant keywords
  • Upload high-quality product images and ensure proper categorization
  • Improve product titles, descriptions, and specifications to boost visibility
  • Conduct A/B testing on product listings for conversion rate optimization
  • Plan and manage platform ad campaigns (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Optimize ad spend for maximum return on investment (ROAS)
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance based on data insights
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotions and discount strategies
  • Ensure real-time stock updates across Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
  • Sync marketplace stock with warehouse inventory to prevent overselling or stockouts
  • Work closely with the warehouse team to update stock levels and incoming shipments
  • Monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
  • Generate reports on sales, ad performance, and stock movement for management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-3 years in managing e-commerce stores on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop
  • Strong knowledge of SKU management and product listing best practices
  • Proficiency in using Shopee Seller Center, Tokopedia Seller, and TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Experience in managing marketplace ads (Shopee Ads, Tokopedia Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Strong analytical skills for campaign optimization and stock management
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with e-commerce tools like Ginee, Jubelio, or Omnichannel software is preferred
  • Experience in handling high SKU volumes and multi-platform sales is preferred
