Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Purchasing Officer located in Sukawati Ubud Head Quarter. The Purchasing Officer will be responsible for overseeing purchasing processes, managing purchase orders and requisitions, negotiating contracts, and utilizing analytical skills to optimize procurement operations.
Qualifications
- Purchasing Processes, Purchase Orders, and Purchase Requisitions management skills
- Contract Negotiation and Analytical Skills
- Experience in supply chain management or procurement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
