Responsibilities

  • Create and execute initiatives to achieve revenue target
  • Contribute to product strategy and roadmap along with input from cross functional teams for Cloud Services
  • Provide input to the product manager team regarding the development of new features and services required by customers
  • Become an expert especially in Google Cloud, Huawei Cloud
  • Monitor the latest developments in cloud products and technology
  • Accompany salespeople on their visits to prospects and client if necessary to:
  • Deliver presentation and product demonstrations that require more in-depth or credible knowledge than the salesperson
  • Responding to technical questions about the product or related infrastructure for customers and other internal stakeholder
  • Conduct technical consultations with customers to understand their needs and provide the right cloud solutions
  • Help customers design cloud architecture that suits their business
  • Resolve customer technical issues related to cloud products.
  • Plan and conduct technical enablement for enterprise solutions and delivery team
  • Conduct technical training and workshops for internal sales and presales teams to increase their knowledge about cloud products
  • Provide relevant training materials, demos and documentation
  • Provide technical support to the sales team in the sales process

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or related fiel
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, especially in Google and Huawei Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure, security and DevOps
  • Professional certification in the field of cloud computing (e.g. Google Cloud Professional, Huawei Certified ICT Professional)
  • Experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions
  • Communication Skills: Have good communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to explain technical concepts to different audiences
  • Presentation Skills: Have the ability to deliver interesting and informative presentations
  • Customer Onboarding: Have a passion to provide the best service to customers

Additional Skill Advantages:

  • Experience in the B2B industry.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning technology.
  • Certification in product management (for example, Certified Product Manager).
