Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Energy Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree/MBA preferred)
* 8+ years of experience in the waste management, fertilizer, or environmental sector, with 3+ years in a managerial or director-level position
* Strong technical expertise in biomass-to-hydrogen conversion technologies, including gasification, pyrolysis, and electrolysis
* Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and executing large-scale energy projects
* Expertise in operations, finance, regulations, permitting, and business development within the renewable energy sector
* Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic partnership skills
* Well-established connections with government bodies, investors, industry partners, and renewable energy organisations
* Willingness to travel and operate in a dynamic business environment
