- Market Research & Lead Identification
- Research potential customers such as palm oil plantations, cooperatives, and agricultural distributors.
- Utilize online directories, industry reports, and social media (LinkedIn, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups) for lead sourcing.
- Data Collection & CRM Management
- Maintain an updated lead database with customer contacts, business details, and potential needs.
- Organize leads in CRM software for tracking sales progress.
- Analyze collected data to segment leads based on priority and readiness to purchase.
- Cold Calling & Outreach
- Assist in sending introductory emails, WhatsApp messages, or making cold calls to prospects.
- Set up initial meetings or product presentations for the sales team.
- Follow up with leads to assess interest and provide additional product information.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness.
- Provide weekly reports on lead generation activities and suggest improvement strategies.
- Final-year student or recent graduate from a reputable university.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Willing to work from office.
