  • Responsible for developing new and existing markets and client base to help with business expansion.

  • Ensure the consistency of sales, services and client management performance standards and benchmarks are continuously improved.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the company's value prop, tech, process, and current partnerships.
  • Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service.
  • Be willing to travel to meet partners and expand markets.
  • Execute promotional activities of the company in your client/ partner region and assist in boosting marketing efforts in your region.

Job Requirements:-

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the brokerage or financial industry.
  • A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives, with quantifiable achievements preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to identify business opportunities and trends.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Networking and relationship-building skills to expand the company's client base.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with relevant technologies or trading platforms is a plus.
