  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in recruitment, selection, and placement processes.
  • Ability to manage and execute employee development programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to manage HR data accurately.
  • Skills in delivering training and presentations to employees.
  • Proficiency in managing employee performance and recognition programs.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with good time management skills.
