Sales Specialist (Horeca)

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist (Horeca) located in Cengkareng. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, providing customer service, and developing and executing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include conducting training sessions, managing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Horeca sector.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Aptitude for conducting Training sessions and supporting team development
- Ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Previous experience in the food industry, particularly within the Horeca sector, is a plus
- Experience in the hotel sector, is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Cengkareng
