- Acting as a back-up point to the Sales team, supporting them with documentation handling, CRM updates, Lead generation, Quotations to customers, Reports Creation, Customer Communication
- Being first point of contact for customers
- Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety and environment policies.
- Ensuring that the above-mentioned responsibilities are followed on a daily basis
- Performing other related jobs/ tasks as required
- Previous experience working as a Sales/Customer Care Representative
- Excellent English written and spoken
- Excellent MS Office, Excel skills
- Well-rounded in ERP and CRM environment
