About the role

We are looking for a new addition to our team at the Jakarta office. Your role is critical to the Antler experience as you will be responsible for end-to-end execution and management of our Antler Indonesia Residency – 10-weeks startup founder programs – managing all communications, bringing founders together, and shaping the core programming of a residency. Outside of this cycle, you will look after the second phase of the Residency for our portfolio companies. You will also play a key role in overall residency strategy and operations, including community, portfolio support, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

Residency Operations

  • Oversee all aspects of the in-person founder residency program, including planning, logistics, scheduling, and execution. Ensure that each residency runs smoothly and meets the high standards of Antler by creating an incredible founder experience.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve the residency program and the overall Antler platform in Indonesia. Gather feedback, analyze program outcomes, and implement changes to enhance the experience for all participants.
  • Coordinate speaker schedules, manage office operations, and facilitate the Investment Committee process.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including advisors, investors, service providers, and the broader Antler team to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive program experience.
  • Streamline integrations with tools such as HubSpot, DocuSign, and other systems to enhance the scouting and onboarding process.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging pre-residency onboarding experience for all founders.

Platform Operations

  • Work closely with community & portfolio management team to enhance the Antler community. Develop strategies and initiatives to foster a supportive and dynamic environment for founders, mentors, and investors.
  • Develop and manage scalable platform initiatives to support portfolio founders, including perks, tools, and resources.
  • Create and manage Antler content for founders and portfolio companies as well as our broader network. Help drive projects including events and online content to create more value for startup founders in our network.

About you

  • You have previous experience in program management, event planning, or a related role, preferably within a startup, VC, or broader entrepreneurial ecosystem.
  • You have startup experience – You are familiar with the ecosystem and know what early-stage founders care about and need to succeed.
  • You’re a self-starter – Taking initiative comes naturally to you. When you notice gaps you don’t hesitate to build solutions.
  • You're a people person and have great interpersonal skills. You'll work and interact with hundreds of highly experienced individuals, and support their entrepreneurial journey with Antler.
  • You have great communication skills, and English proficiency is a must - both oral and written.
  • You have an eye for details – Every component of an event is important to you and you succeed in managing multiple workstreams at the same time.
  • You think like a builder – Whether that is iterating on and streamlining processes or experimenting with brand exposure, you’re always thinking about better.
  • You cultivate a community around you – The idea of bringing together talented people fires you up and is exciting for you.
  • You’re confident in expressing your thoughts to people at all hierarchical levels.
