The Growth and Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and initiatives that will drive growth and increase market reach. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to create new business opportunities, manage key relationships, and optimize the business' growth potential within the timeline.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Management and Business Development:
- Identify, negotiate, and establish end-to-end strategic partnerships that align with business goals
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships by ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
- Address and resolve issues or conflicts with partners to ensure a positive and productive relationship.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate partnerships into business operations.
- Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to acquire, retain, and expand the customer base (brand visibility and market penetration)
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and new revenue streams.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth efforts with organizational goals and timeline.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of partnership strategies and growth initiatives.
- Set metrics, track & analyze KPIs partnership performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies to measure the success of growth and partnership initiatives for maximum impact.
- Use data insights to continuously refine strategies, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Create regular performance reports for leadership, highlighting achievements and opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and R&D teams to integrate growth and partnership strategies into the broader business framework.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and sales efforts by leveraging partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Strong language fluency skills in English and Bahasa. Intermediate level in Mandarin
- 3-5 years of experience in growth, partnerships, business development, or similar roles. Overall working experience: more than 5 years
- Proven experience in growth strategy, business development, or partnership management roles, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.
- Data-driven with experience using analytics tools to measure performance
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
- Strong project management skill, ability to think strategically and drive execution across teams within the timeline
- Experience in a specific industry or vertical relevant to financial industry
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and other business development tools.
