The ideal candidate should be proficient in social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and online community management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Create editorial plans and manage content for various platforms
- Monitor social media trends and industry developments to improve engagement and brand visibility.
- Create schedules, monitor content posts, and manage social media campaigns
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure content production and brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.
- Handle crisis management and respond to any online reputation issues.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Officer, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Creativity and a keen eye for detail.
