We are looking for a experienced and skilled Assistant Manager for our Sales Department to drive our growth and expand market presence. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical abilities, a proven track record in developing successful sales strategies, and an in-depth understanding of the Indonesian automotive spare-parts industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to identify market trends and assess team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive oil/lubrication product sales and meet company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to optimize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners while identifying new growth opportunities.
  • Report sales performance to management and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally to ensure excellent service for customers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the B2B lubrication and/of fleet or transporation products market.
  • At least 2 years in leadership or managing team position.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales data analysis (Microsoft Excel).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing sales strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesia’s lubrication industry and market dynamics.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to dynamic market conditions.
  • Fluent in English (both written and verbal) with the ability to deliver presentations.
