GOAT is a startup IT company based in Japan. We help Japanese startups deliver end-to-end software products to a global market.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assist CEO to organize workload.
- Multi-task in different fields such as administration and hiring.
- Calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings, managing travel bookings, handling expenses, and a variety of other day-to-day administrative tasks on behalf CEO.
- Project management for special projects, including organizing and coordinating with external parties as required, managing action items and status.
- Preparing materials for meetings and providing post-meeting follow-up notes; assisting with the preparation of presentations and narrative documentation.
- Organizing internal team events, team award process, selling partner-facing events, and larger scale department/ company-wide events.
- Manage team-wide communications and ensure delivery by deadlines.
- Assist manager in his stay in Indonesia.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a laptop on your own.
- 3+ years’ experience in supporting/engaging with Sr. Executives
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects and managing programs independently
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Street smarts and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is necessary
- Strong problem solving, attention to detail and solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to work with global teams
- Knowledge of Notion required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in both Bahasa and English, including the ability to speak and write at a business level is required
- BA/BS required
Benefits:
- Fully remote working environment
- Hourly compensation will be 60K~100k IDR
- Flexible working hours with core time 11:00~16:00 in Jakarta time every weekday
