People Leader Role: Yes

Responsibilities

Individual Accountabilities:

  • Drive recruitment activities with respective leaders in his/her region
  • Drive leader promotion progress
  • Train leaders on how to recruit and how to deliver segmented script for recruitment
  • Deliver recruitment workshop and share recruitment insight to recruiter
  • End to end monitoring for new leader onboarding
  • Support end to end NEXT & special financing recruitment process

Key Shared Accountabilities

  • Drive new recruit activation with activation & training team
  • Drive internal promotion culture with MABC program
  • Coach and engage active recruiter together with the training team
  • Ensure the smooth process during Candidate Onboarding TAT
  • Able to deliver the communication from recruitment team to Candidate

Requirements

  • University degree from good reputable university
  • Min. 6-8 years working experience in life insurance industry
  • Preferable with experience in managing sales/ recruitment team in agency channel
  • Able to demonstrate good leadership and managerial skill
  • Able to engage and build strong relationship with respective agency leaders and related parties
  • Preferable with experience in managing sales/ recruitment team in agency channel
  • Have a good experience in managing end to end new leader onboarding
  • Proven track record of both organic and inorganic recruitment in agency channel
  • Great expertise in handling organic agency recruitment
  • Great expertise in handling inorganic agency recruitment
  • Preferable with the experience of handling end to end new GA onboarding process
  • Able to work agile and follow the fast-dynamic pace of both agency recruitment & GA team
  • Great time management and recruiter skillset (both in knowledge & mindset)
  • Able to provide good personal coach & soft-skill development needed for agency leaders
