At Eni, we are looking for a Treasury & Tax Coordinator within PT Eni Natural Energies in Jakarta, Indonesia. You will be responsible for being a key member of the Accounting and Reporting Service Team, reporting to the Finance & Control Manager. Your major responsibilities will include managing areas of tax preparation and advisory, utilizing your knowledge of tax legislation to ensure all applicable taxes are paid in compliance with tax laws, and optimizing tax advantages and exemptions where possible. Additionally, you will be responsible for bank and cash management, providing expert input, advice, and support in the treasury area to minimize company financial risks. You will ensure internal and external compliance in treasury operations and promote and implement improvements in treasury procedures and controls.

Main Responsibilities

Tax Services

  • Stay updated with tax laws and advise on tax impacts.
  • Manage VAT, WHT, CIT, and business license tax compliance.
  • Prepare tax returns and handle VAT refunds.
  • Support HR with Expat PIT returns.
  • Coordinate tax audits and forecast tax payments.

Stock Management

  • Update and reconcile stock movements with SAP and logistics data.

Accounting Booking & SAP Processing

  • Post tax entries in the accounting system.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts related to taxes.

Treasury Operation and Control

  • Monitor daily bank and cash transactions.
  • Manage liquidity and solvency.
  • Provide treasury information to manage financial risks.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Review legal documentation and negotiate terms.
  • Document key processes and update periodically.
  • Resolve foreign exchange control issues.
  • Maintain relationships with banks and perform reference checks.
  • Support financing needs for Eni Natural Resources (ENE) entities.

Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)

Employees must comply with Company Policies, HSE Integrated Management System and Procedures, report all incidents, motivate colleagues to follow HSE rules, participate in HSE initiatives, ensure contractor compliance with HSE standards, and proactively support the company's HSE objectives.

Skills And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting/Taxation, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in handling tax audit, customs tax, tax reconciliations, periodic tax reporting, cash management, bank reconciliation, payment processing.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indonesian tax and financial regulations, as well as accounting standards.
  • Experience in using SAP.
  • Proficiency in operating tax programs (E-SPT).
  • Understanding of tax application systems (e-Bupot, e-faktur web-based, and DJP-Online).
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Well-organized, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
