Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager
Role Summary:
The FP&A Senior Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making. This role provides critical insights to senior leadership, ensuring financial health, optimizing resource allocation, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Planning & Forecasting
- Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, KPIs, and variance analyses.
2. Business Performance Analysis
- Provide deep financial insights to support business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Develop and refine dashboards and reports to track key financial and operational metrics.
3. Strategic Support & Decision-Making
- Partner with business leaders to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct profitability analysis, cost optimization, and investment appraisals.
- Support M&A, capital allocation, and strategic initiatives.
4. Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with accounting and treasury teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain strong internal controls and governance over financial processes.
5. Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor a team of FP&A professionals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and commercial teams.
- Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or strategic finance in a Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Hyperion) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication in English, both verbal and written.
