Roles And Responsibilities
- Finalize the deployment of Apttus for MSA in International
- Lead the transformation of the Salesforce.com – ecosystem and drive alignment in tool-usage and overall tool-based processes in International
- Enable AI (Artificial Intelligence) features to streamline commercial processes and data analytics
- Build a short- / mid- and long-term roadmap and request and manage budget.
- Implement key global strategies
- Re-think mobile usage of Salesforce.com – ecosystem for Service-Sales and Field Service users, deploy exiting Apps like iQuote
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of SFDC and Apttus, ensuring these platforms are optimized to meet the needs of the sales team.
- Implement and maintain automated processes within SFDC and Apttus to enhance sales efficiency and accuracy.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the use of SFDC and Apttus to ensure they are leveraged to their full potential.
- Develop and implement best practices and training programs to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data within SFDC and Apttus, enabling reliable reporting and analytics.
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights and recommendations for sales strategy and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with Users and Stakeholders of the SFDC -Ecosystem (, and IT teams to align functionalities with business goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all SFDC and Apttus-related enhancement requests and projects.
- Lead and execute technical projects related to SFDC and Apttus, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
- Proven experience in managing SFDC and Apttus within sales/service environment.
- Strong understanding of Service but also (Service-) Sales processes and how to optimize them using technology.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team.
- Solution-Orientated, Can-do Attitude
- Proven technical acumen and a passion for technology, incl. AI.
