We are currently looking for a full-time Project Manager to help us drive success for our clients and manage project delivery with precision and efficiency. As part of our close-knit team, you will have the opportunity to lead exciting projects and make a real impact in the daily lives of your clients while enjoying life in our resort temple style office in Bali. Please note that Hubspot and Zoho knowledge, while highly favourable, is not required. Instead, you are tech savvy and a fast learner with a love of learning new apps.
What You Will Do
- Lead and manage Zoho and HubSpot implementation projects from start to finish, this includes joining sales meetings to understand client problems, and developing detailed quotes that solve them
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and objectives, ensuring a smooth project journey.
- Work closely with your team of software engineers and the sales team to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Prepare and deliver project reports called statements, tracking milestones and providing insights on project progress.
- Ensure excellent communication with clients, providing regular updates and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Create project timelines, manage resources, and oversee all aspects of project delivery.
- Monitor and manage risks, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Assist in fine-tuning processes and providing feedback to improve our overall service delivery.
Who You Are
- An experienced Project Manager with a background in tech, CRM, or SaaS project management would be really great—-if not, you can learn!
- Strong experience in managing projects, working directly with clients, and leading teams.
- Comfortable working with tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or other similar systems.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to lead teams and clients effectively.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Tech-savvy, eager to learn, and stay updated with new tools and technologies.
