You shall report directly to HRD Manager. As generalist, you shall lead the team to manage all HRD functions to achieve company goals.
General Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR Operations:Supervise daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Manage employee records, maintain accurate HR databases, and handle administrative tasks.

- Compensation and Benefit:Responsible for the calculation of salary, overtime, bonuses, allowances and employee insurance claims.
Specific Duties May Include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Handling employee disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Generating HR reports and analytics.
- Collaborating with other departments on HR-related initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any fields
- 4+ years in a manufacturing environment in similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge about the Labor Law.
