POSITION INTRODUCTORY:

You shall report directly to HRD Manager. As generalist, you shall lead the team to manage all HRD functions to achieve company goals.

General Responsibilities:

  • Oversee HR Operations:Supervise daily HR operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Manage employee records, maintain accurate HR databases, and handle administrative tasks.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified individuals.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Relations:Address employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
  • Performance Management:Support the performance management process, including performance appraisals and feedback sessions.
  • Identify training and development needs to enhance employee performance.
  • Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development:Coordinating and managing training program for employee.
  • Identifying the training needs for the employee.
  • Compensation and Benefit:Responsible for the calculation of salary, overtime, bonuses, allowances and employee insurance claims.

Specific Duties May Include:

  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Managing employee benefits and compensation programs.
  • Handling employee disciplinary actions and grievances.
  • Generating HR reports and analytics.
  • Collaborating with other departments on HR-related initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any fields
  • 4+ years in a manufacturing environment in similar positions.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge about the Labor Law.
